Having an audition tomorrow

Keeping this post short and sweet cause got to sleep real soon, got a singing audition with Esprimere singing club tomorrow. Will be singing The Man Who Can't Be Moved by The Script (from the given list), as well as a personal choice Fake Plastic Trees by Radiohead (*dies in falsetto*)

Songs in playlist were used for a final preparation earlier for tomorrow: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLTnWINowx0p8DQ0FfPyUl9Deh8FLjaQPD

A similar post I did during 2016 before the audition during polytechnic era: https://lohhuihong.blogspot.com/2016/04/auditions-tomorrow-and-cad-module.html

my first day in university class

Today marks the start of my university life in SIM-UB (University at Buffalo), earlier in the day had one block of lecture on a module about literacy and writing. Thereafter, had a lunch meet-up with my orientation camp group at food clique and went to the library to study on an excerpt from Musicking.

Must have been due to a lack of sleep, resulting in me taking 2.5 hours to finish 29 pages (also most of the time was spent on searching word definitions, the author's command on english was no joke). Finally I went home shortly after I was done.

Now, I have everglow by mr martin's band from england on pause cause got a list of songs to do for auditions this wednesday (1st february at 1400hrs). Mom's non-stop calling for me to sleep so I will hit the sack asap after I submit my blogger post.

I wish everyone a fruitful and "stereo-tonous" year ahead this 2023
